Advisory:
- For Senior High School Students
- Your application of credentials should be requested through this link https://ustshs.github.io/information-gateway/request-of-official-documents
- For Junior High School Students
- Your application for credentials should be requested through the Principal's Office via jhs@ust.edu.ph or ehs@ust.edu.ph
- For Ecclesiastical Faculties Students
- Your application for credentials should be requested through the Ecclesiastical Faculties Office via jcong2@ust.edu.ph
- For Graduating Students
- The Office of the Registrar is currently processing the grades and credentials of Graduating Students (Batch 2023) Thus, ALL application of records of the aforementioned batch are currently suspended until further notice.
- ON HONORABLE DISMISSAL/TRANSFER CREDENTIAL, CERTIFIED TRUE COPY, AND CAV/APOSTILLE APPLICATIONS
- Kindly be informed that the processing of online requests for the Honorable Dismissal/Transfer Credential, Certified True Copy, as well as CAV/Apostille, is removed. These documents can only be requested ON-SITE by the applicant or via the applicant’s authorized representative. Please take note that transcripts which bear the remarks “COPY FOR” falls under the Honorable Dismissal/Transfer Credential, thus, they CANNOT BE REQUESTED ONLINE. Should the applicant proceed with the application despite the reminder, the Office of the Registrar reserves the right to process the request as a regular transcript instead, and the applicant need not be notified.
