General Intructions
- Your Official Receipt (OR) number will serve as your identification.
- Use your Official Receipt (OR) number to search for your tracking number.
- Upon locating your tracking number, click the link of the courier service provider:
- DHL (for abroad) : DHL Official Tracking Website
- WWWExpress (local): WWWExpress Official Tracking Website
- If tracking number is not yet available, this means that mailing application is still in process.
- Tracking number provided by the two courier service provider (DHL and WWWExpress) will last only for two (2) months upon shipping.
